FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's new book, "The TB12 Method," arrived at the doorstep on Tuesday. Published by Simon & Schuster, the book details Brady's training regimen -- pliability is a common theme, as is sustained peak performance. It is 305 pages and written in Brady's voice.
"I'm writing this book in the hope that my experiences and discoveries can resonate with everyone and allow them to achieve beyond what they can even envision for themselves," Brady says in the book.
