New England Patriots cornerback Isaiah Bolden, who suffered a head injury Saturday that led to the discontinuation of the team's preseason football game at Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers, is apparently doing much better as of Monday.
Bolden suffered the injury Saturday after colliding with teammate Calvin Munson; the teams agreed to stop the game short at that point, with 10:29 left in the fourth quarter. Bolden was carted off the field and diagnosed with a concussion.
Ian Rapoport of NFL.com said Bolden woke up Sunday with a headache but was in good spirits.
