Drake Maye made his NFL debut for the New England Patriots on Thursday night in a statement loss to the New York Jets.
After going 4-for-8 through the air for 22 yards in relief of Jacoby Brissett, Maye stuck around on the field for the chance to connect with Super Bowl XLV MVP and current Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
The New England rookie clearly flattered the legendary veteran quarterback with two different eras of the AFC East crossing paths at MetLife Stadium. Rodgers took time to highlight his interaction with the Patriots rookie after the conclusion of Week 4.
