Tom Brady hasn’t lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers since 2011. And he hasn’t thrown an interception to Ben Roethlisberger’s team since 2005.
Brady is 10-2 all time against his AFC foe, averaging 294 yards at least two touchdown passes per outing. So how does Pittsburgh’s defensive coordinator Keith Butler plan to stop Brady and the Patriots next season.
“He’s sitting there pumping the ball and we had a lot of opportunities to sack him and we didn’t,” Butler reflected on his team’s 27-16 loss in Week 7. “Rush and coverage go together. If we would have gotten some pressure on him and sacked him a couple of times and get him to cuss his dadgum offensive linemen out, hey man, it’s a beautiful world for us.
