We’re less than a week away from the season opener with the Pittsburgh Steelers. That means final roster decisions have to be made.
Bill Belichick, who needs to pare his roster down to 53 by 4 p.m. Saturday, had to deal with a lot of moving parts over the last few days. He had to juggle pieces to have enough people to play for the final preseason game to keep his starters free from injury.
He also had to deal with the uncertainty (until Thursday) regarding Tom Brady’s four-game suspension. That will factor into shaping his final roster.
