FOXBORO — One of Tom Brady’s greatest attributes is his ability to perform under duress.

Give him a deficit or a handicap, and that’s when he tends to be at his best. As seen on plenty of occasions during his 15 seasons with the Patriots, Brady’s one cool customer when the game is on the line.

But now, we’re finding out, he’s the exact same way when his reputation and image are being churned through the meat grinder.

Having watched Brady now through several OTA practice sessions and the first day of minicamp, you wouldn’t know he’s a week away from sitting across from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and pleading his case during the appeal of the four-game suspension he was handed in the wake of Deflategate.
