In New England’s first six games of the 2021 season, rookie defensive tackle Christian Barmore’s playing time ranged between 44 percent to 57 percent of the Patriots’ defensive snaps. New England won two of the games while yielding 21 points and 359 yards per contest.
In the past five games, Barmore’s playing time has been at least 63 percent of the Patriots’ defensive snaps in each contest. New England won all five games while yielding 10 points and 258 yards per contest.
“I’m just doing my job,” Barmore said on Tuesday. “I’m getting better with everything here.
