Giants’ wild-card win is indictment of ex-coach Joe Judge

I think it’s safe to say Joe Judge didn’t enjoy Super Wild Card Weekend. There are two reasons why.

First, his New England Patriots didn’t even qualify for the postseason.

Second, Judge’s former team won its first playoff game in more than a decade.

The Giants fired Judge following the 2021 season. He went 10-23 in two years as New York’s head coach.

The Giants replaced Judge with Brian Daboll and turned New York, with essentially the same core players, into a wild-card winner, thanks to their 31-24 victory Sunday over the Minnesota Vikings.
