Former Patriots cornerback suspended for violating conduct policy

The New England Patriots have a number of players who spent time on their 2023 roster who are still free agents, including cornerback J.C. Jackson.

However, Jackson might be looking for a new team for a while.

On Friday, the NFL announced that the 28-year-old has been suspended for a game for violating the league's personal conduct policy. Jackson had an arrest warrant issued after he failed to appear for a court date for a probation violation hearing following a 2021 speeding arrest.

Jackson originally signed with New England in 2018 as an undrafted free agent out of Maryland.
