New England Patriots third-year offensive lineman Jake Andrews is reportedly in town working out early, ahead of the start of the team's voluntary offseason program on April 7, per ESPN's Mike Reiss.
Andrews, the 2023 fourth-round draft pick out of Troy, was selected by former Patriots coach Bill Belichick as the potential future option at center behind longtime captain David Andrews. Unfortunately, Jake Andrews has been sidelined for back-to-back seasons with injuries.
He suffered a season-ending torn meniscus injury in training camp last year.
It could be now or never for Andrews heading into the 2025 season under newly-hired coach Mike Vrabel.
