The fallout from Josh McDaniels' decision to spurn the Indianapolis Colts' head coaching job and return to New England continues.
Colts general manager Chris Ballard closed his press conference today — the same day he was supposed to be introducing McDaniels as the man that would coach his team — by saying, "The rivalry is back on."
McDaniels' decision to remain Patriots offensive coordinator reportedly came after extended meetings with Robert Kraft and second thoughts about Indy.
Ballard told the story from his side of the decision.
"Josh called me, made the decision he's not coming," Ballard said.
