It comes with familiarity for current members of the New England Patriots and Washington Commanders. At least, for the players who have made stops in both locker rooms during their runs in the NFL. Some are in line for snaps on Sunday before the cutdown hits.

WASHINGTON
Trace McSorley, quarterback — The Commanders brought the 28-year-old McSorley into the quarterback room midway through August.
