FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Patriots running back Donald Brown has had a pretty good NFL run when it comes to NFL quarterbacks, playing with Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck in Indianapolis, Philip Rivers in San Diego, and now Tom Brady.
Because of that, he needs no reminder about the importance of pass protection.
"When you work with elite-level quarterbacks, you're going to throw the ball. So you need to protect them. In college, it’s a lot different. They hand you the ball every time you’re on the field,” Brown said Thursday at the Patriots’ offseason program.
