The Seattle Seahawks are reportedly trading two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver DK Metcalf to the Pittsburgh Steelers, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.
Pittsburgh sent a second-round draft pick to Seattle in return for Metcalf, who agreed to a five-year, $150 million deal to seal the blockbuster trade.
That brings an end to any hopes that the New England Patriots had of trading for Metcalf. They were initially believed to be the favorite to land the star receiver, but that all ended with the trade news on Sunday.
