As he gears up for his 13th NFL season, New England Patriots safety Devin McCourty is getting ready to take care of business on the field, and his body off of it.
Following Wednesday’s practice, the longtime Patriots captain stressed that he takes his recovery process quite seriously.
“I have different kinds, different things that I do for different days,” McCourty said. “So, it’s making sure I get to do that everyday, staying in there. I’m 35 years old, so I can’t really miss the recovery days. My body needs that to be able to go to the next day and I just try and stay on top of it that way.
