Multiple second-year Patriots players alluded to the organization needing to make a “change” on Saturday.
Defensive end Keion White made headlines with his blunt comments after New England’s 40-7 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers when he said he “hopes” major changes are made. Wide receiver DeMario Douglas took a different approach in tone, but still used the same word when talking about the team’s future: change.
“I feel like this game right here alone have a bad taste in everybody’s mouth, just because we lost at home,” Douglas told reporters. “I feel like my two years, I’ve been losing, and I feel like it’s time to make a change.
