The case of Brady v NFL returned to court Thursday in lower Manhattan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit this time. And suddenly the possibility of Brady serving a four-game suspension appears back on the table.
Prior to Thursday, every turn in the case of whether footballs were deflated in the 2014 AFC Championship Game had gone mostly Brady's way.
