Defensive captain Devin McCourty says Patriots won't overlook Jaguars

FOXBORO — On Wednesday, Bill Belichick alluded to his respect for the Jaguars, saying he started the prep work for the Patriots' Week 3 opponent as far back as the spring.

Whether it's because the two teams haven't faced each other since 2012 or because of a large crop of new players that will be appearing on the opposing sideline, it's apparent Belichick isn't leaving things to chance this week with the lowly Jaguars, who have won just 15 games since the beginning of the 2011 season.

Today, when asked about his respect level for the Jaguars, defensive captain Devin McCourty took it a step further, referencing their win over the Dolphins last week.
