FOXBORO — Ryan Tannehill, Lamar Miller and the Miami Dolphins had their way with the Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans the past two games.
Last night was a different story.
The Patriots defense sacked Tannehill five times and picked him off twice, while limiting Miller to 34 yards of total offense to overwhelm the Dolphins, 36-7, last night at Gillette Stadium.
“Congrats to our defense as a whole,” defensive end Chandler Jones, who had two sacks to give him an NFL-best 8.5, said. “Miami is a good team, they put some good things on film and they have tremendous players.
