Throughout training camp, the staff of Herald writers on hand in Foxboro will be selecting a practice player of the day. In our view, that player stands out above the rest. Here’s our entry for day twelve:
TARELL BROWN
Tarell Brown, who returned after leaving Saturday's practice with a minor injury, had interceptions on back-to-back plays during situational work. The offense took the snaps around the 20-yard line, or maybe even 25 yards out, in an end-of-game situation where the quarterbacks had to send the ball to the end zone on low-percentage throws.
