New England Patriots defensive tackle Daniel Ekuale reverted to the practice squad on Monday after serving as a standard elevation at SoFi Stadium, according to the NFL transaction wire.
The 27-24 win over the Los Angeles Rams marked the final elevation for Ekuale.
It saw the Washington State product play 14 snaps and push the pocket in the fourth quarter on what became an interception returned for a touchdown by safety Adrian Phillips. Ekuale, listed at 6-foot-3, 305 pounds, had made his Patriots debut the week prior against the New York Jets with 17 snaps and his second career sack.
