Cowboys fall to Bills in quarterback Kellen Moore’s first NFL start

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Mike Gillislee ran 50 yards for a touchdown with 2 minutes, 25 seconds left in the game as Buffalo broke free from Dallas and beat the Cowboys, 16-6, on Sunday at wet and windy Ralph Wilson Stadium.

Dallas quarterback Kellen Moore, in his first NFL start, completed 13 of 31 passes for 186 yards and one interception. Dan Bailey made field goals of 46 and 22 yards. He missed a 50-yard try. Darren McFadden had 19 carries for 99 yards.

Injured Dallas wide receiver Dez Bryant and cornerback Morris Claiborne didn’t make the trip to Buffalo.
