C.J. Stroud looked every bit as good as advertised in his first career playoff game, and his performance was a big reason why the Texans advanced in the playoffs.
The rookie quarterback finished with 274 passing yards and three first-half touchdown passes in the Houston Texans’ 45-14 dismantling of the Cleveland Browns in the AFC wild card round. Stroud set a few rookie playoff records along the way, too.
Stroud’s game drew a lot of attention from some big football fans, who instinctively went to social media to applaud the Texans rookie quaterback.
