After being limited to just four games in 2024 due to blood clots, New England Patriots defensive tackle Christian Barmore’s future was uncertain moving forward.
Speaking Monday morning at the NFL owner meetings, head coach Mike Vrabel provided a positive update on Barmore’s status.
“By all accounts, I think going to participate in the voluntary offseason program,” Vrabel said ”He popped in the other day to see the doctors… When he walked into the training room, all the trainers and just his energy, his presence — I know that he’s feeling better.”
New England’s offseason program is set to begin April 7, where the team will then reevaluate Barmore’s health.
