FOXBOROUGH, Mass. —
The New England Patriots began the first phase of their voluntary offseason workout program on Monday, and quarterback Cam Newton was reportedly among those in attendance.
ESPN's Mike Reiss says that Cam Newton was among the Patriots players who were "leading the charge" on Day 1 of the program.
Tom House, a highly-respected throwing coach, tells SportsCenter 5's Duke Castiglione that Newton will have a big year in 2021 after recently working with the quarterback.
In multiple responses to the tweet he sent, Reiss says that he was told a "significant number of players" had reported to Foxborough over the course of the day.
