Browns' Garrett inactive again with sprained right ankle

Top overall draft pick Myles Garrett is inactive again for the Cleveland Browns, further delaying his NFL debut.

Garrett missed his fourth straight game Sunday with a sprained right ankle. The heralded rookie defensive end returned to practice on Thursday for the first time since Sept. 6, and there had been hope he might be able to play against the Bengals. However, he's not quite ready and the Browns will remain patient. Cleveland hosts the New York Jets next week.

Injuries like Garrett's — the dreaded high ankle sprain — typically take four to six weeks to heal.
