Brandin Cooks' Super Bowl debut is already over.
The Patriots wide receiver caught a 23-yard pass from Tom Brady early in the second quarter before being drilled by Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins.
Cooks was clearly shaken up by the hit, staying on the ground for several moments as the Pats' training staff came out to treat him.
Cooks walked off to the locker room before being ruled out minutes later with a head injury.
