After Dominique Easley, it seems as if the Patriots' will end the season of another core member of the team.
Today it was reported that Patriots' running back LeGarrette Blount, who left Sunday's game against the Houston Texans with a hip injury, was seen walking on crutches. While his availability for New England's next game was called into question, his ability to return from the injury this season wasn't.
However, according to the sources of WEEI's Jerry Thornton and WEEI's Mike Petraglia, Blount will in fact not return this year and will be placed on season-ending injured reserve:
As I just mentioned on the air, I'm hearing LeGarrett Blount's season is over.
