In a year when New England Patriots offensive tackle Isaiah Wynn should be outperforming his contract, he’s underperforming badly and leaving little doubt that he’ll be in a different uniform at some point.
Whether that’s before the trade deadline or in the offseason remains to be seen.
Wynn, who is playing in a contract year, had another ugly showing in the Patriots’ 38-15 win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Things got so bad that he was even benched at one point for veteran Marcus Cannon.
Pro Football Focus released the passing and run-blocking grades from the game, via NESN’s Dakota Randall, and Wynn’s numbers were astoundingly bad.
