Bill Belichick’s daughter Amanda named lacrosse coach at Holy Cross

The Belichick head coaching tree is sprouting another limb in Massachusetts.

Amanda Belichick, the daughter of Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, was named the head coach of the women’s lacrosse team at Holy Cross on Friday.

The younger Belichick was the head coach the alma mater she shares with her dad, Wesleyan, the past two seasons. She seemed to catch a love for both lacrosse and coaching from her father, a noted lacrosse fan.

Amanda Belichick said in a statement she was grateful to Holy Cross “for believing in my vision for the future of Holy Cross women's lacrosse.
