Bill Belichick is reportedly set to write his own book, though with characteristic secrecy, its topic remains unknown.
According to Andrew Marchand, a senior media columnist for The Athletic, Belichick is preparing to write a book per “officials briefed on his plans.”
Exactly what Belichick is planning to write about isn’t known. Neither Belichick’s representatives, nor the potential publisher (Simon & Schuster’s Avid Reader Press) have offered any specifics about the project.
Belichick, 71, parted ways with the Patriots in January following a disappointing 4-13 record in the 2023 season. He led New England for 24 years, winning six Super Bowls (having won two others as a defensive coordinator with the Giants).
