DENVER -- New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick amplified his push for the NFL to consider installing goal-line cameras to aid instant replay, using tight end Rob Gronkowski's near touchdown catch in the second quarter of Sunday night's victory as an example.
On the play, Gronkowski might have scored on a 19-yard pass from quarterback Tom Brady at the goal line, but officials on the field ruled it incomplete.
Gronkowski was adamant after the game that he caught the ball, and Belichick challenged the play, but the ruling on the field stood.
