It’s only Week 2, so the Super Bowl isn’t on Belichick’s mind quite yet. Special teams, however, is something he’s almost always happy to discuss.
When The Boston Globe‘s Ben Volin inquired about the importance of having one player on the roster who specializes in long snapping, the Patriots head coach gave an extremely detailed answer that spanned nearly 10 minutes and was over 1,500 words.
“It’s an interesting conversation,” Belichick said.
