Making his second start in place of a benched Mac Jones, Bailey Zappe led the New England Patriots to a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football. The sophomore quarterback, who has now improved to 3-1 as a starter over the course of his career, looked as good as he has all season.
Zappe ended up completing 19 of his 28 pass attempts for 240 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. The Patriots offense had its best performance since Week 7, finding the end zone three times in a 21-18 victory.
