Tom Brady may no longer hang his helmet in Boston, but the former Patriots quarterback’s real estate legacy still reigns supreme. Available in an off-market listing for $8,495,000, the GOAT’s former Back Bay unit will officially hit the market on Friday.
Residence 2 at 314 Commonwealth Ave. is a three-bed, 3.5-bath unit Tom Brady purchased in 2004 for $4,125,000 and sold in 2008 for $5,285,000. In 2021, the unit exchanged hands again after hitting the market for $6,990,000. In 2023, it underwent a massive renovation that was just recently completed.
“The unit was basically 90% gutted,” said Beth Dickerson of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, who has the off-market listing.
