After the Jets' 2020 season started with 13 straight losses, Gang Green strung together a pair of wins. Weeks 15 and 16 proved to be a short-lived feeling Sunday, though, as reality hit the Jets with a 28-14 loss to the New England Patriots.
Following a 7-9 debut with the Jets in 2019, head coach Adam Gase is now 9-23 through two years. As a conversation with Jets owner and CEO Christopher Johnson looms later Sunday or Monday, Gase declined to speculate on the future in New York.
"I don't know," Gase said Sunday afternoon at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.
