FALL RIVER -- The jury in the Aaron Hernandez murder trial enters its sixth day of deliberations Tuesday at 9 a.m.
In total, the jury has deliberated for approximately 27 hours without reaching a verdict. Early on, the jurors submitted questions that seemingly pertained to the weapons charges against Hernandez, but they have not sent any questions of significance to the court over the past few days.
On Monday, the jury asked for smoke breaks to be reinstituted and Judge Susan Garsh approved.
