8 ESPN insiders predict where Malcolm Butler will play next season

Malcolm Butler’s future in New England was always going to be up in the air. That’s the nature of free agency. But every time the NBC cameras flashed to the Patriots cornerback on the sidelines of Super Bowl LII, the chances of him landing back in Foxborough seemed less and less likely.

The NFL free agent market officially opens on March 14. In his four seasons in New England, Butler made 177 tackles and had eight interceptions, including a rather important one with 27 seconds left in Super Bowl 49.
