The New England Patriots traveled all the way to MetLife Stadium looking for a Thursday Night Football victory and came back home empty-handed. Instead, they were handed a 24-3 blowout loss at the hands of quarterback Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets.
The Patriots struggled to get anything going in all three phases of the game, and they simply could not compete. Rodgers lit them up with a balanced offensive attack and handed them their second straight loss of the season.
Although it wasn't a largely positive performance for the Patriots, there were still five players worthy of game balls after the Thursday night thrashing.
