One of the New England Patriots’ roster moves to come is expected to be placing at least two offensive linemen on injured reserve: first-round rookie Isaiah Wynn will reportedly miss the season with a torn Achilles, while free agency addition Ulrick John is expected to be out for the year as well (according to the Boston Sports Journal’s Christopher Price):
Per a league source, OT Ulrick John has a torn tendon in his foot that will require surgery, and is expected to be out for the year.
Wynn tearing his Achilles opened the door for another offensive tackle to make the team.
