Patriots News: Rob Gronkowski reportedly on schedule in injury rehabilitation

In Patriots news today, the New England Patriots and head coach Bill Belichick may have one of their biggest weapons in the passing game back and completely healthy for the start of the 2014 NFL season.

So tweets out Albert Breer of the NFL Network, who states that Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is proceeding as he should be in his rehab from injury --

Gronkowski suffered a torn ACL and an isolated MCL injury last season, appearing in just seven game with the New England Patriots last season before being shut down for the rest of the season. Several conflicting reports have come out about his condition this offseason, with some skeptics worried that Gronkowski will not be able to come back and produce at such a high level after such potentially-catastrophic injuries.

The man know as "Gronk" had 39 receptions for 592 yards in his limited on-field time with the New England Patriots, adding four touchdowns as well.
