In case they didn't know already, the young players on the Nevada women's basketball team are in for two of the most intense games they have played.
It's rivalry week in Nevada as the Wolf Pack women head to Las Vegas to play UNLV at 5 p.m. Saturday and again at 1 p.m. Monday.
Nevada coach Amanda Levens said the rivalry goes beyond basketball, to every corner of the state.
The Wolf Pack has six freshmen and four sophomores.
"We have a lot of new players and we've been trying to help them understand what this rivalry means, not only to our program and our athletic department, but to people in the community," Levens said.
