You can call them the Sensational Six. And it’s up to them to replace the Terrific Three.
Malik Reed, Patrick Choudja, Jarid Joseph, Korey Rush, Kalei Meyer and Jordan Silva all arrived in Reno at the same time as part of Nevada's 2014 recruiting class. They came from Alabama, Hawaii, Utah and California. Over the last two years, they’ve lived together, eaten together, lifted together, studied together and gone to movies together.
And together, it will be their job to replace two All-Mountain West players – defensive ends Ian Seau and Lenny Jones, who both rank in the top six in program history in sacks – as well as defensive tackle Rykeem Yates.
