The Wolf Pack basketball team's Mountain West schedule was released Tuesday and Nevada will only play Wyoming and Colorado State once each in 2016-17.
The 18-game slate doesn't bring too many surprises when it is announced each season but the MW's unbalanced schedule brings a little intrigue.
Each of the 11 MW teams play a home-and-home series with eight conference foes, drawing two rivals only once each. Nevada drew MW champ San Diego State and MW bottom feeder San Jose State only once each last year. This season, Nevada won't host Wyoming or travel to Colorado State.
