The Nevada women's basketball team lost to Northern Illinois, 98-69, on Sunday in the final day of the Lady Griz Classic in Missoula, Mont.
Wolf Pack senior Terae Briggs, a native of Pryor, Mont., recorded her second double-double of the season, totaling 19 points and 10 rebounds. She was later named to the Lady Griz Classic All-Tournament team.
Also for Nevada (1-6), Jade Redmon scored 14 points.
Northern Illinois led at halftine, 47-34, before Nevada surged in the third quarter. The Wolf Pack shot 61.1 percent in the third and scored 24 points to cut the Huskies' lead down to 68-58.
