Heading into their game Saturday in Nashville, the Nevada and Vanderbilt football teams find themselves in a similar situation.
Both are 1-0 and coming off blowout wins to open the season. Both opened the season with impressive performances on offense. And both are hoping to begin 2-0 to help erase the sting from disappointing seasons a year ago.
The Wolf Pack and Commodores meet Saturday at 9 a.m. at Vanderbilt Stadium. It will be the first-ever meeting between the teams.
