As it has more than once this basketball season, Nevada rallied in the second half but could not quite finish in front.
The Wolf Pack cut a 13-point second-half deficit down to a single point Tuesday night at Boise State, but the Broncos were able to regroup for an eventual 73-67 win.
Nevada trailed 57-44 with 11 minutes to go before closing the gap. Kenan Blackshear scored 10 of his 16 points during a 21-9 run that pulled the Pack to within one, at 66-65, with 4:11 left.
Nevada, though, went on to miss its final five shots from the field.
