The Wolf Pack is an 11.5-point underdog against No. 20/22 Arizona on Saturday.
Nevada is 4-19 all-time against ranked opponents.
The Wolf Pack has lost seven straight games to ranked foes by a combined score of 311-118.
Even with all of those numbers, the Wolf Pack enters its game against Arizona a confident bunch.
Coach Brian Polian spoke to his players after Monday’s practice about the need to believe they’re going to beat Arizona. And by all indications, confidence won’t be an issue come Saturday.
“We have our hands full but we’re excited about the opportunity,” said Polian, who is 0-3 versus ranked foes at Nevada.
