It’s never easy to prepare to stop, or at least slow down, one of the top scorers in the nation.
But as Nevada prepared to face Wyoming, and its star guard, Josh Adams, whose 24.7 points per game rank fifth in the nation, there’s one guy who can give Nevada a good scouting look: Marcus Marshall.
The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Marshall has played the role of the 6-2, 190-pound Adams in practice leading up to Wednesday’s 6 p.m. tipoff at Wyoming. Both players are wired scorers with similar games.
