During the season, we will track how the Wolf Pack alums in the NFL do each week, in addition to any local high school players in the NFL. Here is a look at their performances in week one.
* WR Rishard Matthews, Dolphins: After a poor 2014, Matthews had a strong first game in 2015. He caught four passes for 34 yards, including a 3-yard score – the fifth of his career – that put the Dolphins ahead 10-7. He rocked the ball to sleep as a touchdown celebration to honor his newborn son, Zayden.
* LB Brandon Marshall, Broncos: After dedicating his season to his grandfather, who passed away this summer, Marshall returned from offseason foot surgery and had a beastly game: seven tackles, one sack, three tackles for loss and one quarterback hurry in a 19-13 win over the Ravens.
